Your full-day excursion starts early in the morning when you are picked up from your hotel in Antalya and headed for Pamukkale. After the lunch break, you will visit the stepped snow-white terraced cliffs of this mysterious Cotton Palace.
The calcite-laden waters that create this unreal landscape come from springs on a 200-meter-high cliff overlooking the plain. Marvel at the mineral forests, petrified waterfalls, and terraced basins created by these waters.
At the end of the 2nd century BC, the Pergamon kings founded the Hierapolis thermal spa. Remains of baths, temples, and other Greek monuments can be seen on the site. Temples were important trade centers for ancient Hierapolis.
See the Roman theater, Apollo temple, Roman baths, fountains, and agora. Have the chance to swim in the thermal pools after the tour. An additional option is to swim in the Cleopatra Pool for an additional fee.
